Hi Francis- Unfortunately you’re the only customer that seems to have a consistent issues accessing the videos and magazine issues. We’ve escalated this to our upper IT department and they’re not able to find any issues on our website end. Can you send a screenshot of the error message you’re receiving to [email protected]? Also, can you confirm you’re IP address? You can get this information at https://www.whatismyip.com/. But both items might help the IT team dig depper into the problem and maybe they can find a resolution on our end. Otherwise, they’ve told us the issue is likely on your end, could be a caching issue, a virus, or similar. We will do everything we can to help. Thank you!
