Why hasn’t my printed magazine subscription arrived yet?
Please ensure the product you ordered is a “magazine by mail” item, and not a “digital only” product.
Generally it takes 6-8 weeks to receive your first issue. It may take longer if you’ve subscribed to a magazine that is only printed every other month.
We ship subscriptions out every 28 days through a USPS depot based in New York. Subscriptions are mailed bulk rate and take about 2 weeks to deliver.
Additionally, please consider the delays that have been occurring USPS effective Spring 2020.
(Please note: subscriptions going to correctional facilities or institutions, may take longer to receive as most facilities have mailing in-take processes & procedures to abide by.)
When do the newest magazines hit the newsstand?
New issues go on-sale every 4 weeks (28 days).
How do I submit a change of address for printed subscriptions?
Changing your address for printed subscriptions is a 2 step process

Please be sure to write legibly and include name, address and the magazine title you’d like to cancel. Any issues remaining on your subscription, that have not been mailed, will be refunded by check.

I cancelled my membership subscription online, why don't I have the full access?
Once you cancel your membership subscription, you are cancelling your all-access to the site. For example, if you start a monthly membership on the 1st of the month, and cancel on the 10th of the month, your all-access to the site is cancelled on the 10th, as you’ve requested. The access does not remain until the following month. If you want to cancel before your renewal date, we suggest waiting until as close to that date as possible to maximize your all-access benefits.

Where can I see the videos and magazines I've ordered?
Go to “My Account” and then “Orders”. Here you can view details of each order. Copy and paste the link from the order details, into a new web browser and the videos will load for viewing. The video page will also give you the link to view the digital magazine.
I've paid for a membership, where can I get access to all magazines & videos?
