Q: How similar is your real life vs. your porn life?
Alexis Fawx: It’s kind of one and the same. The ‘Alexis’ part of me is a little more aggressive and lavish. Alter egos are always a part of your real personality amplified.
Q: How does an actress go from being a “porn girl” to being a “porn star”?
AF: Porn star is a term that people give you. I like to say, adult models and actresses. Girls who don’t take it seriously and treat it like a business are usually out of the business in less than a year. Porn stars are entrepreneurs above all else. Girls who don’t show up on set prepared and don’t like sex shouldn’t be in this business. Get out and make room for someone who really wants to be here and appreciates it.
Q: Is it hard to date outside of the porn industry?
AF: Dating, in general, is hard! I had a relationship that lasted four years, but jealousy and misunderstandings about my work become a factor. Dating doesn’t have to be hard; it just depends on the people you date.
Q: Have you ever hooked up with a fan?
AF: Why not? I haven’t met a fan yet that I wanted to date, but never say never!
Q: What advice would you give a civilian guy who wants to date a porn actress?
AF: Be genuine, intelligent. Be you. Don’t send me dick pics, and tell me how much you want to fuck me. We’re human regardless of what we do for a living. Treat us the way a woman should be treated. Engage our minds! That’s sexy.
Q: How important is trust in a relationship?
AF: Communication is the most important thing in a relationship. You have to be truthful and honest with each other, whether it’s a romantic relationship, a friendship, or even a business one. You need to be honest with each other.
Q: What’s one thing your fans would be surprised to learn about you?
AF: I like to cum, I like to orgasm, but sometimes I’ll edge myself and won’t allow myself to cum. That way, when I get to my scene, I really need to cum. I love hand jobs and blowjobs.
Q: What advice would you give to new girls entering the adult entertainment business?
AF: Realize that everything and anything you put on the Internet is there forever. Know what you’re getting yourself into. Don’t do things you’re not comfortable doing. Know your body.
